The talk about "Joy dish soap"

I was recently reminded of the phrase, " ...remember J.O.Y., "Jehovah first, then Others, finally, Yourself". This was a talk perhaps given by Br Herd or Br Morris. Do you remember which talk and where it is?

I remember the talk but I don't remember it having anything to do about soap. It was Joy, as in Joy.

I remember 2 talks.
One was on joy, and Br Herd based it on an old song. (Was it an old Nat King Cole song?)
I think he also weaved in a commercial about a famous US washing powder dittie.
I think this was at the last Annual Meeting, but I do not have my notes with me to check (I'm away from home at the moment).
The J.O.Y. talk (Jehovah/Others/Self) rings a bell, but in my mind, that talk was some years ago.

It was quite a long time ago, I remember it too. I'm going to guess over 20 years ago?
