No play option on publication

I recently downloaded the Live for Jehovah's Day on JWLibrary and then downloaded the audio media for the book. However there isn't any way to play the audio files in JWL. The headphone icon doesn't exist and there isn't any option in each chapter to play the audio. Has anyone seen that and know how to fix it?

 

I already deleted and downloaded the audio files again and it didn't help. I deleted and downloaded the book again and it didn't help either.

I just downloaded it.  You're right.  There is no option for audio on JWL.

Thanks. The audio files are available on JW.org and I am able to stream them, but I am surprised they can't be played on JWLibrary.
