Human kind keeps on affecting their surroundings , and now  - we are even lowering mountains!

It's interesting that the headline is so dogmatic, "Climate change causes a mountain peak frozen for thousands of years to collapse" - while the article takes a less dogmatic stance, "The incident was likely a result of thawing permafrost".

 

Another interesting aspect of this incident is that "Half of the summit was torn away by the demolition," the summit cross — a Christian cross marking the peak of a mountain — was missing.
