A brother teaching Chinese to the friends who want to help the Chinese speaking people in their area sent me this information:

Play the little slide show they offer, it is very interesting. The one that is in the insight book is the large ship one.

This site is interesting; but, it is NOT a "witness" site, I don't advise that you enroll......

The ones for forbidden and greed are very obvious. Some Chinese B. students in Athens told me they never understood those two characters (why they are written that way) until they studied the Bible! Of course we know the one about the boat...

Back in the 8/8/84 Awake there was an article touching on the words for ship & greed and their relation to the Bible but was wondering if that line of reasoning is used by our Chinese-speaking brothers today.
