Greek Lamb or pork ribs

I saw this recipe the another night, looked great, so I'm passing it on....

1kg lamb breast riblets. you could use pork ribs, cut into sinle ribs

Olive oil, for serving

Marinade

**********

2cm ginger

3 eschalots

2 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon honey

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 teaspoon coriander seed

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 star anise

Dipping sauce

****************

1 clove garlic, crushed

zest & juice of `1 lemon

1 tablespoon chopped mint

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup greek yoghurt

Method

For the marinade, combine ingredients into a food processor blend till combined

coat ribs in marinade put in fridge for 1hr or overnight

Preheat oven 160`C. Place in oven. bake for 1.1/2 hours til tender. basting with marinade when turning.

for dipping sauce, combine ingredients in a bowl. taste

serve and enjoy! :chef:

Apparently, you might be a very good cook Gabe. Just a glance at the material listed, my mouth waters.

Oh thank you. I love cooking. Fun to mix different spices and herbs and create a new adventure for your taste buds. so to speak.

If I had my life to do over again and new the options in the work force. I chose Mechanics and some detailing but cooking is just as enjoying.

Maybe I have a restaraunt in paradise. LOL.

I visited here because the title of this thread has a word that deeply disturbs me . . . :eek:

maybe you could swap it for chicken. what are you in the mood for. or what is your budget allowing you to buy in the meat department this week?

Are you BLonde? I"m laughing. I am. I have needed a good laugh we have been M.I.A for 3 weeks. YOu know this season..
