Amazon order for mayonnaise!

I got a good offer on some mayonnaise from Amazon. I went ahead and ordered the product. On the outside of the box it says do not freeze. It was shipped from Aurora, Colorado a few days ago. It was below freezing when it was shipped. I am in Oregon where it has been close to single digits the last few days. The three jars of mayonnaise did not survive. According to what I just read, the mayo still should be good to use. I will pass. UGH!

Amazon is very good at refunds, and they will not ask for such a product to be returned

I want to laugh but don't know if I can. Sorry about that, brother Greg, but they should have anticipated a little, no, by overinvesting in the thermal protection inside the box. Do they know that it's also winter in Colorado?

Go ahead, I did. What else can I do. It did make me think of the Bible verse "Whoever can be trusted with small things can also be trusted with big things"-Luke 16:10 ERV. It was my first time buying mayo this way, also my last. Just waiting for the refund now.

Refund came in about 2 hours ago. I did not even have to prove the products were damaged. Hmmm. I wonder how many dishonest people take advantage of this?
