Satan the Devil wants to discourage us because he knows that his time is limited, that is why we need to encourage one another.  Discouragement can make us weak spiritually and in other ways. “If you become discouraged in the day of distress,” says Proverbs 24:10 our strength will be weak. Let it be in our routine to check on each other and our efforts will not go unnoticed by our heavenly father Jehovah

Asele, this is a reason why the new LPMD brochure is so good. It encourages us to 'feel' for other people, and the best place to start is at home, and in the congregation.

 

We have a lot of ministry ahead of us, maybe even helping distressed ones after the downfall of Babylon the Great. They will only have us to turn to and if they have a repentant heart Jehovah will not turn them away, but he will expect us to give them a warm welcome and they will expect to find true agape love in the brotherhood
