Setting screen savers/ wallpapers

I was in the middle of changing my screen saver' wallpaper. I have done this many times over and I am not sure what I have done.

How can I please undo and set the screen saver please?

For most versions of Windows you can right-mouse click in an empty area of your desktop and you will get an option for "display settings" or "Personalize". The screensaver options are in there.

I have been trying to do that. but nothing comes up. at the moment i have a white screen. I had to get a new modem recently and had to change some

settings. with the help of Telstra. but now my computer keeps crashing and not sure how to go back . and rescue the computer. I'm thinking it the whole computer needs some attention.

What version of Windows does it have on it? You should be able to do a "system restore" and restore the settings back before you started to have problems.

Try going into the "start" menu, then "accessories" and then "system tools" and choose "system restore".

From there choose "restore my system to an earlier time" and then choose a restore date from before you had problems. Then let it restore, it takes a few minutes, but hopefully it will help.

Thanks Musky. your ace, that worked. Computers are hard to work out. I've had a laptop and it was handy but it stopped working my Dad is handy with the computers but I wish I was able to think Like you guys in that area, seems so easy once the problem is solved,
