What kind of tree and plants do you want in your lot in Paradise?

I'm picking this one for the shade

Some rows of these for the alley

Japanese cherry tree for decorating

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prunus_serrulata

That's a good start

there’s a bald cypress on a walk I do that is really pretty. Nicer than this one. It’s limbed in a lovely way to provide dappled shade and a nice place for chairs or a hammock underneath.

When I build this house , in addition to the palms , I'd like to have  a Deodar Cedar off to the side. They look like tree in the shape of a waterfall to me..

 The home and the tree.

Palm trees are nice in front of a home because they dont block the view of the house. But Off to the side somewhere to accentuate. Id like a big ole Healthy Deodar Cedar

Dream : An avenue of African baobabs and Malagasy trees, which allow light to pass through, and near the house a mixture of Lebanese cedars, lime trees and other fragrant flowering trees to provide shade and fragrance in summer. Weeping willows will frame a pond and an olive grove will serve as an area of joy and laughter at harvest time.

The whole world will be represented in my property so that all the friends of the world will feel at home when they come to my house. For David @Datesand his family I will create a little Japanese corner, I promise, with beautiful cherry trees.

  • 2 months later...

"I would plant a tree that is described in the book *The Little Prince*, called the Baobab. Its trunk can reach 11 meters in diameter, and it reaches maturity at 200 years old. Ah, it's a pity that in the time scales of the new world, it doesn't live long... Just a thousand years 🤣🤣🤣"
