We are planning on selling up and downsizing so probably won’t have the beautiful back yard this time next year.

Reds are Hippeastrum and orange are Clivia.  I have a few of the hippeastrum in my garden but they haven’t bloomed just yet.  Weather here already warm, actually some days in mid 30C’s.  We are in for another hot summer.  Grateful we live near the beach.

Beautiful pics Linda! The wildflowers are out now in WA. When you drive along the freeways or out in the countryside, it’s just beautiful. Jehovah makes it just glorious at this time of year.  But I agree. After the horrible long drought of a summer we had last year, I’m dreading what’s coming. I’m liking winter much more. This is an example (my garden is still a work in progress).
