POEM - ETERNITY

Eternity

 

Staring through the window pane;

Watching how the children play;

Down by the ocean bay;

How life seems so plain;

 

But one may begin to wonder-

Could my youth not been longer?

 

With days that make old;

And years that grow cold;

A secret begins to unfold;

 

And soon you realize;

That you shall rise;

In a beautiful paradise;

 

And in those days you will play;

With laughter in a life so plain;

How we long for those days;

To give Jehovah His due praise.
