Yes they are definitely ruling over the hidden treasures of gold and silver both Russia and China, was interesting to read that Russia owns a lot of the gold mines in Africa in which the local authorities don’t have any jurisdiction to inspect. 
China also owns a lot of the cobalt mines in Africa which is a valuable mineral for lithium batteries.
