Branch authorization given to NWS?

Branch announced states:

“Please note that electronic copies of forms and letters:  “May not be incorporated into or distributed with any software program.”

 

Can we post Congregation ONLY announcements (S-147) to our NWS Publisher app Information Board feature? [I know they are “downloaded and put into a software program (like WORD) by the COBE, and printed out for the KH Information Board but is it Kosher to reprint them in our APP]. Don’t know if anyone has ever checked directly with IT at the Branch …

This has been brought up many  many times.. 

NWS does not break any of the guidelines.

I am not sure of the subscription base of this program… probably 10’s of 1000’s of congregations use it.. circuit overseers who are appointed directly by the GB make use of it, most of the information used by NWS is similar but the WTBTS “forms” are not downloaded or stored. So if I store a letter from the branch on one note, excel, word, outlook, what’s app or whatever for my personal use that is no different than storing it on NWS … it is not incorporated into the program nor is it distributed as a part of the program to others..I still have control over its use and distribution with in the program framework.

 

Btw I have no connection to NWS other than I used it in many congregations.

If you still are nervous please write the branch in your country.

Não tenho certeza da base de assinaturas deste programa... provavelmente 10 de 1000 congregações o usam... superintendentes de circuito que são nomeados diretamente pelo GB fazem uso dele, a maioria das informações usadas pelo NWS são semelhantes, mas os "formulários" do WTBTS não são baixados ou armazenados. A propósito, não tenho nenhuma conexão com o NWS, exceto pelo fato de tê-lo usado em muitas congregações.

Se você ainda estiver nervoso, escreva para a filial em seu país.

I think the question is rather can we post letters from the branch inside of the NWS app

I get that … we cannot post the literal response letter from the branch here .. regarding posting a letter from the branch saved in the congregations NWS app. This is a semi public -public website.. 😎😳 Round and round we go …
