Vocês não sabem que julgaremos os anjos?

We will judge angels: Here, Paul was inspired to write about something that would happen long after his time, when the anointed Christians would already have been resurrected to reign with Christ. (1Co 4:8; Rev 20:6) The anointed Christians will help Jesus to carry out Jehovah’s righteous judgments on wicked people. (1Co 6:2; Rev 17:14) They may also assist in carrying out Jehovah’s judgments on the wicked angels who rebelled against him.

Facing the Loss of Your Mate

“Over time, the attachment a couple have to each other gains strength, and so does their love. Just like the roots of two trees that grow right next to each other, the feelings of a happily married husband and wife become deep and closely knit together as time passes.”

Thank you for sharing, dear Cristino @Araujo JW. It's strange to think that these two will now be separated by a celestial ocean, but I'm sure the story will continue, differently, but it will continue. It's impossible for such complicity to end, at least I don't really see why or how.❤️

In Loving Memory

SUSAN LETT

FEBRUARY 18, 1948–SEPTEMBER 27, 2025

Susan Lett was born in Roanoke, Alabama in 1948. She was baptized at the young age of 12. And at the age of 23, she married Brother Lett—with whom she had been friends since they were teenagers.

Throughout their nearly 54 years together—as regular pioneers, as special pioneers, in the traveling work, and at Bethel—Susan was an exceptional Christian wife and sister. She was approachable, kind, insightful, and reflected her joy for Jehovah in her life. Brother Lett highly valued his capable wife, loyal companion, and lifelong friend.—Proverbs 31:10.

Sister Lett was determined to gain a good name with Jehovah. And that she did! (Eccl. 7:1) In her over 58 years in full-time service, Sister Lett was a woman of extraordinary sacrifice. She willingly sacrificed her physical and emotional energy alongside her husband in their many assignments. She willingly and joyfully did this for Jehovah and the organization.

Sister Lett worked hard in any assignment she was given. In her 25 years at Bethel, she worked in the Laundry, Regulatory Office, Correspondence Department, and Service Department. And later, even in sickness, her generosity and pleasantness continued to shine through.

Sister Lett's record of faithfulness lives on; and to Jehovah, she is still living. (Luke 20:37, 38; Hebrews 11:4) In the near future, we will again see Sister Lett's smile and hear her laugh.

Does anyone know if she is a part of the 144,00? I know, it makes no difference, ultimately, but I find it sort of interesting to think about.
Yes, I have went to Jehovah, and asked him to comfort brother Lett. It’s a huge loss for him, no matter how you look at it.

It was announced at bethel morning worship Monday Sept 29th that she was of the other sheep.
