Problem playing video files on JW Library App on computer

I was wondering if anyone ever as an issue trying to play a video on JW Library App on a Windows PC? The video file appears to load but it never plays even after hitting the play button on the screen. Anyone else dealt with that?

Not sure what was happening, but I uninstalled the Life Forever book and redownloaded and now the video files seem to be playing fine. Thanks

Looks like you found the solution before anyone was able to recommend re-downloading the file. There are times when, possibly due to an Internet issue, a download can be corrupted and needs to be re-downloaded. This can happen with a publication or video on JWL the same as it can any other type of download.

 

It is not necessarily a fault of JWL - it's just one of those "things" that happen using the Internet.
