JW Library Highlighting and Note Issue

Hello everyone 

I recently bought two iPad pros 

both of which have resulted in not working for on my JW library app

i have tried literally everything I can think of to fix this bugs hard when you can’t find help online I’m hoping someone in here has had some issues

for starters when I highlight any publication on the library it doesn’t show the black bar to allow me to either change color, copy or paste it or even add as a note

 

Another issue I’m having is when I leave the page and return to the highlighted area, it disappears and erases it.

 

Something else is when I go to the bible and tap on the verse I can add a note but my issue is that it’s not allowing me to edit that note.

 

when clicking on the same 3 dots to edit note it just expands the 3 doers as if i wanna save the photo. 

 

I've don’t everything to deleting and reinstalling the app

erasing everything off my tablet and reinstalling it

changing settings on settings but nothing has worked

 

im having hope someone on here has had a similar issue and may know the answer as to why it’s doing this to me
