Help with Hourglass

TRANSLATION: Good morning to everyone. Here in Valencia, Spain we have been using Hourglass for two years already and it's working fine. From time to time we have some issue but we have managed to solved them all. However we have an issue now that we are unable to solve. Maybe some of you can help. Thank you in advance for helping one another.

Buenos días a tod@s, por aquí en Valencia, España, llevamos ya casi 2 años con Hourglass y nos esta funcionando muy bien, de vez en cuando salen algunos fallos y los vamos solucionando, pero ahora tenemos uno que no somos capaces de dar con la solución y no se si alguno tendrá respuesta para ayudar, muchas gracias de antemano por la atención que se tienen unos con otros.

TRANSLATION: Hello, Brother Jonathan. Judging by the image, it seems that Hourglass is not correctly interpreting Spanish names with two surnames or compound given names.

 

Could you please check the profiles and make sure that the first name and surnames are entered into their corresponding fields? For example: first name: “José Ángel”; surnames: “Marín Marín”. It would also be a good idea to check for any parentheses, slashes, or commas that might have been entered manually.

 

If the issue persists after correcting the data, it might be a display error in Hourglass. In that case, it would be advisable to contact support and send them the screenshot along with the application version.
