Another day, another scam

Good morning friends!!

 

Another day, another way to scam people.  This one looks SO LEGIT, it even had me fooled for a bit. If you get an email like this regarding an account that isn't yours, just ignore it. And if you see ANY Google link that starts with "sites", it is most likely dangerous.  If it came from someone you know, please CALL them and confirm before clicking.

 

People are using a LEGIT Google service to create malicious sites. So as always...be careful what you click.

Good warning, Jeremy. A friend over here in the UK had a similar type of message and, being in the middle doing something else, clicked on what seemed like a helpful message. I think it nearly cost a large amount of money, bet it was stopped before any great problem. We oldies are sometimes a bit slow in recognising when something doesn't seem quite right.
