I have read that probably Plague already is registered 03/10 outside of initial place (Irkutsk) in KHMAO region of Russia.

Taking in account that all the media in Russia are absolutely controlled by the authorities, and a haos in provinces due to protracted war we cannot see all the information but situation is dangerous.

If this is a combat strain (and there were some signals that Russia is proceed to develop bacteriologic weapons) it can be resistable to a existing vaccines and antibiotics.

The World Health Organization says it is now seeking clarification from Russia about media reports of a second employee at the Irkutsk anti-plague institute developing pneumonia of undetermined cause. WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said WHO has specifically requested information about that reported second illness as well as the pathogen responsible for the original worker’s severe pneumonia.

Perhaps the world leaders have learned from Covid how effective a biological war could be. Imagine someone releasing a highly contagious pathogen in a large crowd like the World Cup, Superbowl or an International Convention.. It's a scary future.
