Deadly rail crash: Scores of people have been killed and around 100 injured after two Spanish trains — carrying about 500 passengers — collided south of Madrid, according to a local government official. CNN’s team on the ground in Toledo province observed a frantic scene amid a huge emergency response.

I read that - The two trains were going the same direction but the one rear-ended the other and caused it to go off the tracks.

It's sad to read about the deaths may Jehovah remember them all. I hope everyone else is okay - especially our brothers and sisters.

"Spain’s transportation minister said a train crash that killed dozens on Wednesday appeared to result from an “inexplicable” decision by traffic control operators to tell a high-speed train to continue its journey when another train was stopped farther along the tracks."
