Wordpress, anyone?

I'm trying to set up a new website using wordpress with the pinboard theme and not doing too well. It isn't as easy as weebly was. Is there a wordpress for dummies out there?

Are you setting up Wordpress on your own or a rented server (eg. web space hosting/web hotel) or is the blog/site simply hosted somewhere for free? The latter usually limits your possibilities.

Are you having problems with the installation or customizing the theme to suit your needs? To do bigger modifications in the theme you should probably know your CSS. More minor alterations can usually be done by customizing the widgets (under "Appearance", I believe). Make sure you've installed the latest version of Wordpress and check if the theme you want to use is compatible with the latest version.

More details are needed before I could think of other options how to help

I was an avid wordpress user on. A former version of JWTalk's news section ran on it, as did my personal blog. Once you learn it, it is a fantastic system!
