:perplexed:

In the news yesterday, it said there are several states wanting to leave the Union and start their own government. Lol

Does this bring to anyone else's mind the thought in the Revelation book where it says that the the toes are made of clay and iron because of the weakness of the US's rulership over it's people? ^_^

The actual petitions are here : https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petitions/popular/0/2/0/

I live in a temporary reality- awaiting the day I wake up to life in the real world!

I saw this a while ago, right after the elections. So I researched it a little and found that this happens often! All it takes is a petition signed by 200,000 voters (if I remember right) and then they file it with the Federal Government. It never goes anywhere, it's kind of meant as a protest by whichever side loses the election!
