Ny vandalism at kingdom hall

Police investigate vandalism to religious sign

HUNTINGTON, N.Y. - Police are investigating the vandalism to a Jehovah Witnesses sign on Long Island.

The damage at the Kingdom Hall in Huntington was reported around 10 a.m. Tuesday.

According to Newsday, Suffolk County police say it isn't clear if religious bias was the motive behind the vandalism.

Part of the sign was broken off.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.

Thanks Jennie! I found several also. I was trying to impress upon javia the importance of including the links to articles and news stories for verification whenever we post this news section. Usually there will be more details that way. :)
