Bacon!!! It looks like a bacon pizza - HOW GOOD IS THAT!

Hey Jerry. I got distracted with a customer and could not complete the post. Take a sheet of parchment paper and cut to fit a cookie sheet. Take 8 pieces of thick cut bacon and lay it out crosswise the pan. Now take the remaining bacon and lay it the opposite way across the top of the bacon and start to form a basket weave--interlocking the bacon by raising the baon up and cisscrossing till you reach the end. You may have to readjust the bacon forming a tight weave as shown. Now blind bake it at 375 degrees till the bacon is done. Remember when you cover the bacon with the sauce the bacon will not crisp up so make sure it is to your desired crispness. Now use your favorite pizza sauce or even Ragu is good in a pinch. Cover with your foavorite topping and two cups of grated mozerella chese. Return to oven and bake till cheese is nice and bubbly and brown spots appear. This is HEAVEN! Also great for low carb diets. My husband likes this better than bread crust pizzas.

It was 8 x 8 of scrumtiousness! Just lay out 8 strips side by side the lay 8 strips the opposite direction. Next just weave the top layer in and out the bottom en blind bake to remove the fat. It is really insanely good.
