143621=7906-breakfastnacho18.jpg Take tortilla chips and line a cookie sheet with them in a single layer--okay to overlap. Cover with your favorite grated cheese (combo cheddar/monterey jack or what you have) and then broil them under the broiler. Remove when they begin to have some brown color on the cheese and the exposed edges of chips. Fry your bacon (my faovrite way is to remove the 1 lb of bacon stright grom the bag and cut into strips cross wise every one inch or so.) Then pull the bacon apart and fry in a skillet. This way it evenly cooks and is much faster. Now stack your chips on a plate and layer with sprinkle of bacon, chopped green onions, black olives or whatever you like. Then take eggs and soft fry them leaving the yolks soft/funny. Pour all the eggs into a big bowl and cut with up with two butter knifes letting the yolks mix well with the whites. Pour this picture on top of the chip stacks and COME AND GET IT!
