Computer login help please

I wonder if there are any technologically minded brothers and sisters out there. I'm unable to log on to my laptop it doesn't recognise me. In case yous wondering lol I'm on my iPad. It's been really frustrating the last couple of week. Any help would be gratefully received.

Well I have thankfully sorted the problem now. It was Firefox Internet explorer I have removes it and gone. Back to google.

Thanks Lynn I'm glad to Ben back to I was really frustrated as I couldn't log in so I couldn't send a message either. Finally after several attempts at asking for a new password I logged in on my iPad so I knew then it was my lap top . It was just trying different things to find the solution. :bouncing
