Tip For Chrome Users

I thought i'd post a few "computer tips" from time to time.

 

This one is for anybody who uses the Google Chrome browser. As you probably know there are a lot of good "extensions" available that allows you to really customize your web browsing experience.

 

One that I have used since it's release is "Speed dial". It lets you create a "new tab" page that can have thumbnails and links to your most used webpages. Making them even simpler to get to then using regular bookmarks. 

 

I use Speed dial 2 version 1.6.1.3 http://speeddial2.com/

I have kept it simple, but you can change the background to any color combination that you'd like to or add a background picture. 

 

There are so many customization's and options with Speed dial, I can't mention them all. If you move your cursor to the right side of the new tab page, you get a menu of all the most recent pages you've visited in case you want to go back to a tab you've closed. There is much more.
