Black Olive Tapenade`

I love tapenades.

Discovered how easy to make.

I love the greek Kalamatas.


Here is a recipe if anyone would like,


Half a cup of the Kalmatas,

half a lemon juiced

quart teaspon oregano.

quart cup oil

4 spoons of mayonaise.

a good splash of white wine vinegar,

pepper and salt to taste

a good teaspon of portugese spice.


whizz it all up to a smooth paste.

enjoy with cheese or prosutto. or guylia ( a beautiful salami.)
