[PROJECT INCOMPLETE]
With so much interest in translating the monthly programs into other languages, I thought it might be more beneficial to post updated versions of the file as I complete each segment, rather than waiting until I finish the entire program. This way, anyone translating the files manually won't need to wait so long before getting started.
The file version indicates what percentage of the transcription is complete.
NOTES: This file is in the .srt file format. It is a file that can be used to display subtitles in most media players. The contents can be viewed using any text editor. This file isn't perfect. Here are some potential issues. I will continue to add notes for new issues as I encounter them.
Formatting. I haven't formatted the spacing, timing, font, punctuation, etc. to the specifications for proper captioning for the hearing impaired. I thought it was more important to release what I had first. I probably won't get to reformatting until I'm caught up with the transcription portion of all released episodes.

Indecipherable words. I couldn't clearly make out some of the words. So I inserted "????" in their place. If you search for ????, you will find the timestamps for these problem areas and can attempt to work it out yourself. (I'd really appreciate if anyone who does this could leave feedback and suggestions in the comments about these words...or any mistranscribed words)
If anyone finds any errors in transcription, please post a comment. I've found several the first couple of times I reviewed my work.

I had back-burner'ed my efforts to transcribe and caption the JWB episodes. Busy busy. But there are those desiring to translate the programs for the benefit of non-english speaking friends.
NOTES: This version isn't perfect. Here are some of the issues.
File type. This file is formatted to work as an .srt. I was unable to upload this file in that format, so I changed the extension to .txt. If you change the file extension back to .srt, it will work with most media players. (To admins: Was the failure to upload an .srt file an error or is it by design?)
Indecipherable words. I couldn't clearly make out some of the words. So I inserted "????" in their place. If you search for ????, you will find the timestamps for these problem areas and can attempt to work it out yourself. (I'd really appreciate if anyone who does this could leave feedback and suggestions in the comments about these words...or any mistranscribed words)
