Some sisters in our congregation are almost evangelisers for cranberry juice.  My wife takes warfarin for her heart problems, and cranberry can affect how long warfarin is in the blood so it could actually be dangerous for her to drink it.

Its good and it works but if someone has takes certain medications and it adversely affects the person, they should not take it, or drink it.   I know I can not drink it or take in pill form, to much acid for me.  I would have to dilute it with lots of water and by then, its not so healing.
