CD Library not working right

When I go to look up a scripture say for example Matthew 24:3 every time I enter it it goes to 23:3 and it does that with any other scripture too. Does anyone else have that problem.

No, mine works fine.

I reinstalled it and it still didn't work. Maybe I just got a bad disk. I'll just wait-and-see and see if other brothers and sisters are having the same problem

Mine works too. Try a complete uninstall - including any left over parts such as desktop shortcut and WT Lib folder on your c:\ drive.

You can also copy complete disk to your computer ( another drive or partition is best ) then run 'setup' from there. Make sure you have checked the install files for computer & not mobile.

Thanks Peter I tried that and it didn't work so I must have a bad disk. I made sure that the disc was clean too

It may Not be the disk if it installs. It maybe your system has faults in it. try Wise Care 365 Free and do the checkup & fix problems. Then try to install WT 2013 Library.  Here is screen shot ( I have pro version which was Free on Sunday )
