I haven't laughed for a while and now I can't stop chuckling.  I have five cats and they make me laugh a bunch.  Felix who was the climber climbed up the birdhouse and could not get down.  His mother (Topaz) and I watched for awhile.  When he couldn't figure out what to do I took a rake and tried to help him find a tree limb just below the birdhouse.  He eventually tried acrobatics on the limb, circled by clutching his claws together making him look like a spinning black rubber tire with fur! He made me laugh out loud but after that incident every time he got in a pinch he cried fiercely for help.  I fell for it for awhile and then realized that when we do something for "a cat"  who is perfectly capable of doing "the thing" for  themselves we steal their power.  So I stopped.........

Did he learn, or is he in some tree, somewhere?
