help determine if you are co-dependent.  This was used to help determine if people who were consuming alcohol

were really an alcoholic or using alcohol to  deal with problems--bascially the level of their addiction.

 

When I went to my first Al-Anon 32 years ago I was given this questioneer by a helpful woman who told me to substitue "think or thinking" in place of the word drink or drinking to determine my level of co-dependency.  I think i answered all 20 with an affirmitive answer.

 

It gave me a good laugh to look at it again.  But boy was it true!
