Ebay has WT and Awake bound volumes.

Many come through estate sailes.

Though the price seems strange it is often less than we use to contribute. This is especially so if you consider inflation.

From Ebay today:

This is for a lot of 16 bound volumes of the Jehovah's Witness "Watchtower". Included are volumes 1969, 1970, 1989-2002. These books are all in excellent condition. Two of them have some red marks on the covers. It looks like marker or possibly nail polish. This is shown in the last photo. Other than that they show little to no shelf wear and I see no markings, writing, underlining, highlighting, inscriptions, missing/torn pages. This is really a very nice looking set of books. Thanks for looking!!

I would never sell any of my old literature, which I have alot of, as well as duplicates of stuff.  Yet if someone wanted something I had, I would have no problem giving it to them.  I would charge shipping though, especially if it was a long distance where I was sending it.

As to stuff on EBAY, often the are ex witnesses selling stuff, or was brought out, stuff from an estate sale.

As witnesses, we shouldn't sell our literature, but we can't prevent former witnesses from doing it, or someone selling a relatives literature after they have died.

The bound volumes I noted above have free shipping.

Actual cost would be less than the original donation.

Sad to say but most old bound volumes end up in land fill.

I haven't had  room for bound volumes since we got the WT Library.

Couldn't give them away when we moved to the coast (smaller house.) My wife saved 1990 0n.

When the Redmond WA KH was remodeled the basement was full of bound volumes that relatives had dropped off, more Landfill.

New KH built in that area were constructed with no extra storage as any space available filled up with old literature.

You know, I'm ok with the electronic library. I'm in the process of simplifying and when time comes to move to smaller accommodations (or armageddon!) I'll be ready. Besides the paper dust just is murder on my asthma. Have to use a mask when I read the older books.

But no brother, I don't have bound volumes. ^_^
