I finally switched my phone service and now my landline is VoIP and I can use Nomorobo to filter Robocalls. Has anyone had any experience with Nomorobo?

FYI- Nomorobo is a free service. You set up your VoIP phone to forward all calls to Nomorobo and they check the incoming number to their extensive list of known robocall numbers, they block the robocalls and forward the rest to your phone.

Sounds interesting...how well does it work with international calls ?

I don't know. I think all it does is block the calls from numbers on their list. I assume that as long as their list is correct, there shouldn't be any problems.

Update: I discovered that Nomorobo was blocking all of my incoming calls so i stopped the service. I'm not necessarily opposed to having all of my calls blocked however I was convinced otherwise.... :D

Update:

Fixed it. It seems to be working now.

I had followed the directions for my Comcast Xfinity voice service and forwarded all of my calls to Nomorobo, where the robocalls would be filtered and the good calls would be forwarded back to me. I found out it doesn't work that way, it was supposed to be set up so both phones ring at the same time and if it is a robocaller on their list, they hang up on it which disconnects the call.
