Free Video Converter by Freemake

so im using Free maker video converter

  on my laptop it has stop working it now only burns the auto on the DVD and not the Video

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall even re-downloading it im running window 10

and I have tested 5 DVD and got the same thing

 

  would like a fix or a new program so I can put the TV.Jw and Assy on DVD

any help would be great

i didn't have any of the packs it only the free version

I have used "ConverXtoDVD" for years and it has always been reliable. They have a free version with some limitations but I don't know what they are as I bought the software:

That depends on a lot of things. What resolution the video is, which determines the size of the file. What capacity of blank DVD you use (single layer or double layer) etc. When it's finished converting the file, it will tell you how many DVDs you will need, and give you the option of using a double layer DVD if needed.

That's why I am still on windows 7 and also have Freemake which works perfectly.

A lot of software is still catching up with windows 10.

Have you considered paid software ? As the makers try to update their programs faster to be compatible with any new windows.

At least with paid versions you have more support

Yep ! It means spending money but sometimes is worth it.

Recently I have purchased 3 programs and have no regrets .. I love it !

Avg driver updater (I was reinstalling windows on my new sdd drive)

Avg PC Tune up

Corel paint pro x8

Microsoft office with outlook 2016

 

happy with all these programs

 

Not so happy with CaptureOne 8 - bit complicated)

very serious on this to save economy. recommendations please, a DVD Rom external that can be connected to hd television without pc. or a way if making DVD Rom work like dvd player. clues please help

i just got it cant get the videos form tv.jw.org to work and cant get the assembly to work 

 i did get a 5 mon video i did to work

Remember that BluRay has a lot more storage capacity so you can put really big files on it.

 

You can find them on Google. Amazon has many portable drives as low as $44.99

 

Buy one of the better brand names to help with any warranty issues.
