Well, it sort of is in line with the original shows on other online-only services like Netflix and Hulu. My issue is more with whether it will be in JJ Abrams' alternate timeline (that of the most recent movies) or not. It's a no-brainer for me to watch it if it's set in the prime Trek timeline.

 

If it's set in the Abramsverse, it's questionable...
