Beef and Potato Burrito

Recommended Posts

One day, when I wasn't with him, MH went to Taco Bell :scared:, and got a potato and beef, (ya right...beef) burrito. He said it was 'so good'. Gag, I must be an incredible cook if he thinks THAT's good! So now he's put in his request for my homemade beef and potato burrito, so here's one I'm going to make. Sounds great. AND I'll roll them up and brown the tortilla making them crispy, with sour cream and homemade taco sauce, (at least he won't buy taco sauce anymore).

This looks really good, let me know if you try it too.

I just passed to taco bell here yesterday and its first time seeing it... must have been so great why someone I know really want it. But they were Php 100+ - 300+...

In the recipe, I don't have the Chipotle sauce and almost all hehe...

Sounds good Cheryl. For breakfast my sweetheart likes to use sliced steak instead of ground beef and red potatoes kind of like this but more potatoes. She sautees mild red chiles sliced fajita style with onions and garlic. And for salsa she mixes it up, it could be green tomatillo, red, or pico de gallo.  mmm good !

Yesterday for hospitality, our dear sister served chicken and potato flautas, with crumbly, and Mexican cream cheese, after running out of salsa we smothered them in fresh guacamole with lime juice, so delicious !  Wished you were there !   :toothbrush:
