It just goes to show that the "building" is more important to them than their worship.  They feel they need this church more than they need a real relationship with God.  That fact that their "god" is allowing their beloved church to be destroyed and turned into a parking lot, should give them pause for thought! haha!  That is what I love about our organization - while we do have nice places to meet in all parts of the world, if something were to happen (either by government or natural disaster) to one of our meeting places, we simply and discreetly find another.  We have no attachment to our buildings - only to the God they are dedicated too!
