Tensions in Russia against the West

Again, Russia is accused of failings by the European Human rights court, this time over their handling of the response to the Beslan Massacre back in 2004. Russia has reacted furiously to the judgement.

I wonder if this will further isolate them from the West, as in news today relations between Russia and US has sunk to an all time low.
