JW Broadcasting July 2017 not yet in JW Library?

I have noticed that the July 2017 JW Broadcasting video is not in my JW library. Am I the only one experiencing this?

 I also noticed that for 28 days there has been nothing new in my JW library What's New section.

Is this peculiar to me?

I have it in JW Library on both my android tablet as well as my iPad. I also had the problem on my iPad not having it update the "What's New" section for over a month. I tried reinstalling JW Library but it didn't fix it. However eventually "What's New" eventually caught up by itself.
