Having lived in both "ARID-zona" and various places in the Mountain time zone, I'd like to clarify that a bit. The Mountain time zone DOES change with the exception of Arizona. And you are right, there is an exception within Arizona - on the Navajo Reservation, which does change. (It was so weird trying to keep track of time in Arizona out in service. You'd be driving along and cross into the reservation territory without realizing it and check your phone for the time [i never wear a watch] and suddenly it was an hour different than a few minutes before! These stupid cell phones are so smart now they know where you are better than you do...Make sense? Ha!)

Also, Hawaii does not observe Daylight Saving Time so they aren't doing the changing of the clocks song and dance, either.
