Colour clash at Penn State: Scandal-hit Uni's team supporters told to wear white in support of sacked Paterno... but rest of crowd will be in blue for child abuse victims Assistant coach Mike McQuery testified he saw Jerry Sandusky assault a child in the showers 'Multiple threats' mean he won't be on the sidelines at tomorrow's game Civil lawsuits could cost university up to $250million - and ticket resale prices are already down Sandusky's attorney Joseph Amendola claims his client is innocent Says alleged child rapist is 'destroyed' that legendary coach Joe Paterno lost his job Police say 4,000 students were involved in riots after Paterno's dismissal

63203=3451-article-2059571-0EBCADA800000 However, the website described the team's planned move as 'bold', as spectators at the game against Nebraska have been asked to wear baby blue to show their support for Sandusky's alleged victims. The game will feature 'enhanced security', according to TMZ, with a possible switch of time and place for the team's pre-game meal. The concerns also mean the assistant coach who told a grand jury he witnessed an attack but did not intervene will be absent for his own safety after receiving 'multiple threats'. Mike McQueary, Penn State's wide receivers coach, said he saw Jerry Sandusky raping a 10-year-old in the showers in the football building in March 2002. But Penn State’s Board of Trustees, who fired Paterno and accepted the resignation of school president Graham Spanier over their part in the scandal, does not plan to sack McQueary. Instead, the university said the coach - who says he reported the incident to Paterno - will stay away from the side's game for his own safety after receiving 'multiple threats'. full article http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2060199/Penn-State-scandal-Joe-Paterno-supporters-wear-white-blue-child-abuse-victims.html

There's probably so much that is being covered up, not just at Penn State, but so many places. When my sons were in their teens, Grumpy started a study with a guy, seemed really nice and was making good progress. He was single, and lived with his mother. We thought he was just taking care of her because he was such a nice person.

He started taking the boys to the movies, bowling, fun things they wanted to do. We also had Grumpy's brothers 4 boys too, and they would go with him too. 8 young boys. He went after my oldest, and my 2 youngest nephews. He actually molested the 2 youngest 4 + 6 when we found out about it. All of the neighbors told us afterwards that they wondered why we let the kids go off with him, but not one of them told us that he was a known pedophile until he was arrested.

For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.

It is a shame that the fans put Paterno, football and the University's reputation ahead of the welfare of young children. It is a sick world we live in and nothing seems to surprise me anymore.

Obama: Americans must do ‘Soul-searching’ from Penn State scandal to ensure children are protected

The Penn State sex-abuse scandal should lead all Americans to do some 'soul-searching' says President Barack Obama.

In his first public comment on the scandal, the President said: 'Obviously what happened was heartbreaking, especially for the victims, the young people who got affected by these alleged assaults,' he told an American radio station on Friday night.

'And I think it's a good time for the entire country to do some soul-searching, not just Penn State.
