From the 1978 album Double Vision, Mick Jones sings lead, not Lou Gramm sings "I have waited so long". Nicely arranged and performed song. The group that tours currently under the "Foreigner" name has no original members. I saw them on their first tour when they opened up for Heart in 1977.

Gary Moore was an incredible guitarist. He was very underappreciated. He could play any style of music and do it with greatness. That was probably part of his problem. I recall the first time I heard this song, I was driving late and night, pretty close to midnight, and was blown away. Midnight Blues is such a classic combination of rock and blues. I did like his harder stuff, such as his Monsters of Rock live performance. I will share a song from that concert, it was a Thin Lizzy song called "Don't believe a word." it has two parts, the first part is slow and deliberate. The second part kicks and rocks and I really enjoy the transition.

Peter Frampton is doing what Peter Frampton does best-playing his iconic 1954 black Gibson Les Paul Custom for the song "Off The Hook". ! From Live In Detroit recorded in 1999. No vocals for Off the Hook. Frampton always gives you your moneys worth! The other video is from same concert. It's called "I don't need no Doctor" which is a song he played and did backup vocals for Humble Pie. The gentleman singing with Peter Frampton was Bob Mayo who died 5 years after this concert at age 52. He was a really talented musician he toured with Foreigner, Robert Plant, Aerosmith, Hall & Oates and Joe Walsh.
