Crock-Pot Cooking

Recommended Posts

Trying a new recipe tonight, slow cooking a frozen beef joint. It's on low for the next 8 hours with chopped onions and red wine with a dash of warm water. Anyone tried cooking from frozen before in a slow cooker/crock pot?

Yummies! Anything crock pot is delicioso! Okay so maybe I haven't made a lot of things in my crock pot but they are all so delicious and filling and...so I made the sweet potato soufle and probably added way too many marshmallows, the big fat giant ones. I was careful about the brown sugar but I think I went over board with the butter. But oh man was it so good and filling and a sweet treat. Plus Aldi's has sweet potatoes for just a dollar, I think. Then there is the Pioneer Woman's chili and then the cancer fighting soup. Or just the 16- bean soup and black beans for burgers. Oh my is it lunch time...
