My go-to for hospitality is Chicken burritos. I set up with the chicken, cilantro lime rice, and black beans kept warm in a crock pot, then have all the toppings- avocado, cheese, homemade pico, corn salsa (also easy to make), sour cream ect sitting in bowls. Everyone can make their own with whatever they want and everyone is happy. 

 

The absolute best marinade for the chicken is this. It is kind of a lot of work, but so worth it. I double and freeze it into extra portions so I can be lazy the following time. Hahaa
