Although he doesn’t come across as an emotional person, his comments affected my emotions.

It is a part of living in this world when we promise or intend to do something, but we later find out that bad things will result for us when we do it.  But Jehovah is a wonderful example of someone who keeps his promises, even from the one he made to Adam and Eve about the seed or offspring.  Fulfilling that promise was undoubtedly painful to him, as shown by the events that took place at the moment of his Son's death, but both he and Jesus knew it had to be fulfilled.

 

It is great to hear from Brother Cook.  His demeanor reminds me a little of Brother Losch.
