this new feature currently seems to support only the France bethel:

and interestingly, as the online documentation for this new feature points out, when you input your phone number while making a tour reservation you have the options to select whether the phone number is able to (1) send and receive SMS, and, (2) send and receive WhatsApp messages

Yes, a lot of congregations communicate via WhatsApp, and it is cheaper, I suppose, for the organisation to send instant messages that way than via the phone, if possible.

There's also reservation for US
