Jehovah’s Witnesses officially finished their extensive relief work in Puerto Rico in September 2018, one year after Hurricanes Irma and Maria wreaked havoc on the island.

I saw that. It's unnerving how many natural disasters are taking place these days. But of course, what can we expect from the last days? Relief work diverts us from our principle commission, that of preaching the good news and making disciples. But it is a necessary diversion, to help our brothers and sisters in the affected areas to get back to their principle commission. At least we can say we have "officially finished" relief work for one disaster. It will take the New World before we have "officially finished" relief work in all of them.

Both my niece and her husband were there working last year installing glass windows but also helped in the clean up as both the hurricanes  hit, he said unless you were looking at the cameras viewing the outside from the branch building you couldn't tell there was a hurricane going on! They both are going back for a few weeks.😃
