Not offended in the least here. I agree. A dog kept as a pet should be part of the family.  Having said that, there are many people who don't know how to train their dogs properly and effectively and have very little control over their animals behaviour.

 

Working dogs are a different subject but even they shouldn't be locked away when they are not working.

 

Yet another reason to look forward to Jehovah's New World.
